Our values have been our strength for over 50 years, and it is important that all employees, whatever their profession, understand them and own them so as to live according to these values on a day-to-day basis.
Every person is an ambassador and a representative of the values of the group. We are working on principles of action for managers, and are developing "management essentials" based on our values and our repository of in-house skills.
Their goal is to enable managers to own the group culture, it is their responsibility to embody these values in everyday life, in a spirit of friendliness and sharing."
